All services must be booked through our website or via direct contact. Service availability is subject to confirmation.

3. Bookings and Appointments

• Clients must provide accurate information during the booking process.
• Appointments are confirmed via email or phone once reviewed.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are inclusive of VAT (unless otherwise stated).
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless agreed otherwise.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, iDEAL, or other approved methods.
• For recurring services, invoices are sent on a weekly or monthly basis.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge.
• No-shows or cancellations at the time of service will be charged 100%.
• Refunds are not issued for completed services unless service quality is proven unsatisfactory and approved by management.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide access to the premises at the scheduled time.
• Remove valuables or fragile items from cleaning areas.
• Notify us of any special instructions or areas that require attention.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for our cleaning team.

7. Liability

• We take care to deliver services to a professional standard.
• Match & Clean Bureau is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or wear and tear.
• In case of proven negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
• We are insured for accidental damage caused by our staff during service.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assess and resolve the issue.
